CSUB Latin American and Latino Art History professor, Dr. Bill Kelley Jr. is the lead researcher and curator at Otis for "Talking to Action: Art, Pedagogy, and Activism in the Americas” exhibition, as part of the Getty’s Pacific Standard Time: LA/LA initiative.
